Empathy is understanding the emotions of others, Sympathy is sharing those emotions, and Compassion is empathy coupled with the desire to alleviate the discomfort the other is experiencing.
So then, what is Compassionate Magic?
Simply put, we believe it is any magical practice which embraces the desire to create safe, healthy, natural spaces for people, planet, and animals to flourish, thrive, and ritually conduct their best lives.
An example of Compassionate Magic is when a person puts their own Magic In Action for a better future for one and all (like a weekly shift at an animal non-profit!)
